Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We have a professional quality control engineer team, their job is to keep on monitoring the process of our production, to lead all the other departments in our factory to make sure our "quality is everything" policy.
Quality Control Procedures
1) All the raw materials will be inspected by IQC (incoming quality control) before we put them into our production line.
2) During production we have a professional IPQC (Input process quality control) team doing patrol every day to detect and prevent any improper operation.
3) Our engineering team will do a deeper analysis if there are any high-rate failures at the function test station, we will ensure the stability of our products.
4) After our products have passed every test station in the production line, the OQC (outgoing quality control) team will do a full inspection before packaging.
